Andrea Lown Bio Timeline 

 

On a recent e-commerce camp panel, Andrea compared the quickly changing relationship between traditional retailers and their customers to the downfall of pimps closing with the line “Pimping ain’t easy.” 

 

In 2010, Andrea appeared on NBC Miami unveiling 10 top products that any MacGyver-Bride should carry with her in case of emergency on her wedding day.

 

Andrea’s wedding cake cutting implement of choice was a 3.5 foot Japanese Katana.

 

Andrea produced 5 Music Sessions for AOL with less than 10 weeks notice. She hand picked artists including then up and coming Feist & Bedouin Soundclash.

 

During University, Andrea swindled her way into an archeology course having not a single pre-requisite course. During the three week intensive course in Italy, Andrea shoveled tons of dirt, learned how to use a Theodolite, and unearthed the front door of a 1st century B.C Roman Villa.

 

Andrea is one of only a handful of Canadian athletes to have attended three consecutive Canada games. 1997 (Field Hockey), 1999 (Ringette) and 2001 (Field Hockey)

 

Andrea won the Alberta Provincial Wrestling Championship in 1994. At only 91 pounds, she pinned one opponent (who outweighed her by 15 pounds) in under 20 seconds.
