My poor little bike has been locked up outside our condo for over a week now. The “brown beast” as she was so callously named by my coworker, is patiently waiting for me to have her flat tired fixed. She looks pathetic, and dejected. You would too if your milk crate became a convenient receptacle for refuse, collecting empty cigarette packs and soggy flyers. Read the rest of this entry »

I’m tired. Of my boss. I’ve worked for her for the sum total of three years. The first two were spent working at one subsidiary company, and the last year has been spent at another. Whereas she was a master of her domain at company one, she’s more or less completely fallen apart at company two. And so much of this I can attribute to my boss biting off way more than she can chew.
